Kreo Software was founded in 2016 by Magomed Galaev. The idea for the project originated a year earlier, in 2016, with one clear goal: to solve key problems in the construction industry using modern technology.
The result was Kreo: an intelligent AI platform designed to automate the construction estimating process. At the core of our software are artificial intelligence and computer vision technologies that enable the high-precision analysis of 2D drawings and 3D models.
The system automatically performs calculations, freeing engineers and estimators from routine work to focus on more critical, analytical tasks.
Today, Kreo is an international company with headquarters in London. We offer a comprehensive solution that helps estimators, contractors, and developers around the world work faster, more accurately, and more efficiently.
How We Built Kreo
We decided to focus on one of the most labor-intensive tasks in construction and find a technological solution for it. Each step on this path brought us closer to our goal — to create a simple and reliable tool for everyday work.
2016 — 2020
From our founding in 2016, our mission was to solve the key challenges in construction. These early years were dedicated to deep research and development, testing innovative approaches to create a product that would truly be a game-changer for AEC professionals.
This year marked our turning point. We launched Kreo — our key solution for automated quantity takeoff (QTO) from 3D models. This allowed estimators and designers around the world to dramatically accelerate their work and improve its accuracy.
2020
We focused all our efforts on developing our core web platform and made a technological leap forward by introducing our first AI model for measurement automation. This began the era of intelligent automation at Kreo, bringing our users unprecedented speed and precision.
2021
Today, our commitment to innovation is stronger than ever. We continue to relentlessly enhance the Kreo platform, regularly rolling out powerful tools and new features. Our goal is to help you build smarter, faster, and more profitably.

Currently, all user data is stored in secure data centers in the United Kingdom. We fully comply with local data protection laws and international security standards.
United States
