I am a flooring contractor of over 20yrs. I have been running through rigorous testing of Kreo. After hours of testing I am making the switch. The software is easy to use and feature rich. I have tested it on many plan types, even a scaled had drawing and it captured the areas with amazing accuracy. Kreo is a brilliant measuring tool but a lot more as well as I keep finding out. The ability to measure amend and group items and output on to excel, makes take off for work schedules a lot less time consuming and enables accurate records for post tender/measure analysis.

I have been using Kreo for a number of years and have nothing but great reviews. Their AI functionality is extremely impressive and saves a lot of time when undertaking a large number of measures. There reports table and grouping table also helps you structure your measures in a clear concise way to prevent any errors. We've been using Kreo for about 2 months now and it has been a life-saver with our takeoffs. As a small company, we are newbies with doing takeoffs and large estimates so having such a user-friendly software with the time-saving AI capabilities is priceless.

The AI features work pretty well, I mostly use the "One-Click Area" feature that will measure each room. As a painting company, that's most of the work we're looking at, and I'd say 95% of the time it grabs exactly what I need with no edits needed. You can easily set up assets to assign measurements to get quick pricing for labor and materials, which is compiled under "Reports".

I also really appreciate the pricing structure with a credit system instead of blanket yearly pricing. Since we're a small company, we weren't sure how often we would need to use the software so having credits is more cost effective for us.

All in all, I have and will continue to recommend Kreo for takeoffs!
